The Rotterdam School of Architecture organizes an annual two week workshop for international architects and students. Luc Vrolijks was one of the workshop coaches in the 2007 workshop. The team he coached proposed the transformation of two major harbor basins into an energy producing neighborhood park. The proposal investigates how energy producing structures can be integrated into a public space and urban development plan.
