Luc Vrolijks worked with a team from Halcrow and Urhahn to design the Development Brief for the Station Quarter of Peterborough, England. The plan proposes to create a mixed urban quarter on current derelict rail land. Client is the Peterborough City Council, supported by the EEDA, English Partnerships and Opportunity Peterborough. The Development Brief was approved in early 2008. Opportunity Peterborough, the Urban Regeneration Company for Peterborough, is now working towards its implementation.
